Follow these steps on how to cashout via Bitcoins (Bitcoin depositors only):
1. Ensure you are logged in on your betting account
2. Select Payments then Payout
3. Choose Bitcoin from your list of Payout options
4. Enter your payout amount and your valid Bitcoin address (Please ensure the details you have entered are correct, as once the transaction has been processed by us, we are unable to retrieve the funds.)

Only one withdrawal can be processed per person within a seven-day period.

Please do not disclose the nature of your activity to your wallet provider.

Altcoins are alternative crypto currencies used on the Internet. Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin are currently the available altcoins.

After the hard fork that involved Bitcoin Cash, we are processing Bitcoin Cash Node, recognized as the winning chain by the major e-wallets and exchanges.
Please make sure your e-wallet supports the same chain before providing the crypto address.

How can I cashout one of the altcoins from account?

4. Enter your payout amount and your valid Altcoin address (Please ensure the details you have entered are correct, as once the transaction has been processed by us, we are unable to retrieve the funds.)

Cash out your winnings and simply request a Check payout! 
Check withdrawals are available to US and Canadian customers only.

If you want to withdraw money from your betting account using a check, simply fill out our payout form. You will receive your check within 5 business days.

Please note that it is not possible to deliver the check to  Washington State or a P.O. Box.

- The check is drawn on a Canadian bank.
- We strongly recommend cashing/depositing the check at a bank cashing facility.
- We recommend cashing the check in a timely manner. 
- The check-clearing time frame for Canadian checks depend on your institution’s clearing policy and can be affected by your individual bank account’s history. This may vary between instant clearing and a few weeks.
 
The minimum payout amount is $150.00 and the maximum payout amount is $3000 per Check. Only one Check can be processed per person within a seven-day period. A fee of $50.00 will be charged for each payout.

The checks will be processed in US Dollars.

You can simply transfer money from your account to your bank account. 

Should you wish to cash in some or all of your account balance simply complete our payout form with the following details:

• Amount you wish to withdraw
• Name of bank account holder
• Account number
• SWIFT
• Routing number
• Beneficiary bank name
• Country of the bank

If your bank account is not held in a European Union country, we further need the exact physical address of the bank account holder and the exact physical address of the bank (No P.O.Box).
Please note that in this case the payout is made via an international wire transfer for which your local bank may charge additional fees.

Each wire will be subject to a $50 fee. Additional charges by your own bank may also apply.

Please also note that any local bank fees that may arise will not be covered.
Please contact your bank for information regarding fees charged to receive the Wire. If your bank requires an Intermediary Bank to process the incoming Bank Wire, an additional $30 may be charged. These fees are beyond our control and will not be covered.
Please ensure that the bank details provided are correct to avoid bank fees for returned transfers. We reserve the right to pass on any fees resulting from returned bank wires.

We are unable to send bank wire transfers to the state of Washington and Maryland.
